I recently signed up for the maintenance agreement for our home we just moved into in Fairhope, AL. Around 2 weeks later, before my first scheduled service, we had an issue with our A/C on a Friday afternoon. I called Daniel Gaydos, service manager, and told him what was going on. We had family coming into town to visit in a few hours, so we were stressed and needing help. Within an hour, Daniel was at our home. He diagnosed, and fixed, the problem that Friday afternoon, which was already extremely busy for the service team, being in the middle of summer. I highly suggest their maintenance agreement (very affordable imo), as well as Daniel's services.

On one of the hottest days of the year, our ac went out. Not only that, it was late Sunday afternoon. We called Climate Masters and left a message about our problem. We were expecting to hear from them on Monday, but less than half an hour later, Daniel called. He was on his way to another job, but said we were next on his list. No more than an hour later, he showed up. He found our motor had died. He went to his Shop, picked up a new motor, and by 8:30 this evening, we are cooling off again! I highly recommend Climate Masters and, if you are fortunate enough to get Daniel, you will understand why!
