Our air conditioning repair process begins with you. Ideally, prior to scheduling a service call for air conditioning repair, our customers will have already signed up for regular maintenance with our Residential Energy Savings Service Agreement. Step Two: We listen.
We have professionally serviced south Alabama with air conditioning repair services for over 50 years, so we’ve seen everything a failing HVAC system can offer. Although we’re a factory-authorized Carrier dealer, we’ve had extensive experience with every major HVAC manufacturer. Our ears are tuned to start diagnosing the problem just from hearing your description of it: weird noises, behaviors, etc. More importantly, we approach your HVAC issues with your needs in mind, and we’ll offer recommendations accordingly. Quality service is our number one goal, and that starts with listening to you.

Step Three: We inform.
We believe honesty and transparency is the best policy when it comes to repairing heating and cooling systems. That’s why we ensure that you’re informed during every step of the repair process: from the initial project estimate, to the actual repair job, all the way to the end-of-job tutorial, where our HVAC technicians explain how to operate any new equipment. After the job, you’re not on your own. We’ll periodically check in after any HVAC repair to make sure everything’s running well.

Step Four: We repair.
Air conditioning systems and air conditioning service come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes it means replacing a faulty component. Other times it might be more cost-effective to upgrade to a new system. Many times, a lack of routine maintenance can be the root of the problem. Whatever the problem (and whomever the manufacturer) we are equipped and experienced to handle it. We’ll check out your system, clearly communicate with you what the problem is, and offer solutions which best fit your needs. Before any repair or installation, we’ll make sure your floors and belongings are thoroughly protected.

Step Five: We make sure you’re comfortable.
For us, an air conditioning repair job doesn’t just end with fixing the problem. We want to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with your energy efficient system for the long term.  After repairing your system, we’ll clean up our dust, make sure your heating and cooling equipment is operating correctly, and make sure you know how to operate your equipment. We’ll keep in touch to make sure you’re satisfied with our work and to ensure your system is still working to perfection. We even offer 24-hour emergency service for all systems, including central air conditioning units. For us, it isn’t just about AC unit repair. It’s about making sure you’re comfortable year-round.
