Tim Hadley of Climate Masters did an excellent job for us on March 27, 2025, when he responded to an emergency call because our A-C was not working. (Thanks also to Josey for arranging the prompt service visit.) He worked hard and identified and fixed several problems which he explained well to us. Josh and Cameron have been out for regular maintenance plan visits a few times now. Always polite and professional. Both do a great job in maintaining our air handler and heat pump units to extend the service life.

Cameron came out today on time. He started by troubleshooting my issue right away. Not only was he very thorough, he walked me through every step he made to ensure my system was running properly. I appreciated his honesty which gave me peace of mind knowing he did his best, and didn’t try and charge me an arm and a leg!

Climate Masters was highly recommended by our neighbors when our HVAC system was not working properly. Service technician Stephen arrived shortly after our call to diagnose the problem. And while he got it up and running, we made the decision to replace the 18+ year old system. Stephen was thorough, polite, and an excellent representative of your company, as was Daniel who also worked on the old system.
Randy came to explain our options for replacement. He, too, was friendly and thorough and made sure we had all the information to make our decision.
The entire installation crew was wonderful. They also were polite and respectful of us and our house. Our floors were protected, our house was left clean, and (almost) best of all, they were great with my Pug. Actual best of all is that we have heat! Thank you, Climate Masters!!

Recently had a comfort specialist come out to improve airflow in my home. They came out almost immediately and got me sorted. They recommended some ducting improvements and gave me a competitive bid and treated us right. It was a pleasant experience and I’m thrilled with the results. Excellent group of folks.
