Climate Masters Heating & Cooling is hiring for the position of Warehouse Manager. In this position, you'll be in command of the heart of our team: our workshop. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment inventory; packaging and organizing jobs for our installers and mechanics; shop cleanliness and organization; and light mechanic duties. HVAC/R knowledge is preferred, but we will train for this position.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive shipments and coordinate logistics for our service, maintenance, and installation teams.
Have a complete knowledge of our inventory, and rates of replenishing
Keep the workshop clean, tidy, and safe at all times
Maintain the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions
Ensure material inventory and maintenance for shop is completed to company requirements
