NOW HIRING: Warehouse Manager
Climate Masters is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual for our full-time HVAC warehouse manager role at our Spanish Fort shop. You will take command of our workshop operations, keep our field crews prepared, and manage critical inventory at the heart of our company.
About the Role
At Climate Masters, our workshop is the heart of the entire operation. As our Warehouse Manager, you will be in command of the workshop, ensuring that every tool, part, and piece of equipment is accounted for and ready when our technicians need it.
Your primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate equipment inventory, packaging and staging equipment jobs for our installers and mechanics before they head out to the field, maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, and performing light mechanic duties around the shop.
Training Commitment: HVAC/R knowledge is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, organizational focus, and mechanical aptitude.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
The daily operations of our workshop center on three core responsibilities:
Receiving Shipments
Taking in freight shipments and safely staging the incoming equipment for our installation teams.
Tracking Inventory Rates
Monitoring stock levels and tracking inventory rates so parts and materials are on hand for our installers and mechanics.
Shop Safety
Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe to work in.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualification standards:
Ability to Lift 75 lbs
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs safely when receiving shipments and staging heavy parts.
Driver’s License
Must hold a valid driver’s license for shop and inventory logistics.
Note on Experience: HVAC/R knowledge is preferred, but training is provided for candidates with strong organizational and inventory skills.
