Climate Masters' Maintenance Techs are paramount to maintaining our rock-solid customer relationships. You will be responsible for in-home maintenance of residential HVAC systems. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be interfacing directly with our customers in their homes to ensure their HVAC systems are running to peak efficiency. You'll need to have excellent communication skills and be able to advise our customers every step of way. Training will be provided for this position.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems and related accessories according to the company, safety, and manufacturer's specifications.
Ensure complete protection of customer's property during service
Maintain the highest level of customer service while performing duty
Maintain the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions
Clean and maintain all levels of an existing HVAC system: change air filers, clean ductwork and registers, maintain compressor units
Promote additional accessories and items available to each customer
