Climate Masters is hiring for our field installation team. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Mechanic ready to take the next step in their career with a dedicated, second-generation family-owned company founded in 1967.
We are seeking a dedicated professional for an experienced HVAC Installation Mechanic role serving residential communities across Mobile and Baldwin counties. In this role, team members need technical acumen and experience to install systems according to manufacturer specifications and to design/fabricate duct fittings in the field.
Climate Masters was founded on 19 April 1967 by Jack and Sandra Morrison and remains family-owned by their sons Keith and Richard. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, the company actively supports team members in earning and maintaining NATE certifications.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Installing new systems: Installing new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specifications and company requirements.

Protecting customer property: Protecting customer property and maintaining clean, professional work areas on every residential installation.

Removing old equipment: Safely removing old equipment and preparing clean electrical and refrigerant connections for new equipment.

Supervising installation teams: Supervising installation teams on site to ensure quality control, workplace safety, and job completeness.
Candidate Qualifications
Requirements
Applicants for the HVAC Installer position must meet the following two requirements:

Ability to Lift 75 lbs
Ability to lift 75 lbs safely during equipment handling and physical installation work.

Valid Driver’s License
Hold a valid driver’s license to travel to installation jobs across Mobile and Baldwin counties.
