Welcome to Climate Masters Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (climate-mastersinc.com) and the HVAC services, repairs, and installations we provide. By accessing our website or scheduling a service appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Estimates and Diagnostics

All service calls, diagnostics, and estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary. Final pricing for repairs or new system installations can only be confirmed after a physical inspection by one of our NATE-certified technicians at your property. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.

2. Payment and Financing

Payment for services, repairs, and installations is due in full upon completion of the work unless prior financing arrangements have been made.

• Financing: We facilitate financing options through third-party providers (including Alabama Power Smart Financing, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and Microf). All financing is subject to credit approval by the respective provider. Climate Masters Inc. does not make credit decisions and is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or decisions of these third-party financial institutions.

3. RESA Maintenance Plan

Our Residential Energy Savings Agreement (RESA) is an ongoing maintenance program.

• Membership benefits, including priority scheduling and access to 24/7 after-hours emergency dispatch, are strictly contingent upon the account being in good standing.
• RESA covers preventative maintenance and tune-ups. It does not cover the cost of replacement parts, refrigerant, or major system repairs outside the scope of the seasonal tune-up.

4. Warranties

• Equipment: We install high-quality Carrier equipment, which comes with its own manufacturer’s warranty. Please note: Manufacturers require proof of annual professional maintenance to keep parts warranties valid. Failure to maintain your system may result in the manufacturer voiding your warranty.
• Workmanship: Climate Masters Inc. guarantees our workmanship. If a repair or installation fails due to our direct workmanship, we will correct it. This does not cover subsequent failures due to lack of maintenance, acts of God, or third-party tampering.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Climate Masters Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our maximum liability for any direct damages arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County or Mobile County, Alabama.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website or our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
