Our Service Techs are the backbone of Climate Masters' team. You will be responsible for the in-home repair of residential HVAC systems as well as diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults with an array of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You are the face of Climate Masters and your exemplary skills, both technical and personal, reflect on us. Training will be provided for this position.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair residential heating and air conditioning systems and related accessories according to the company, safety, and manufacturer's specifications.
Ensures complete protection of customer's property during service
Maintains the highest level of customer service while performing duty
Maintains the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions
Ensures material inventory and maintenance for vehicles is completed to company requirements
Promotes additional accessories and items available to each customer
